United States Job Quits Rate

Job Quits Rate in the United States increased to 3 percent in November from 2.80 percent in October of 2021. Job Quits Rate in the United States averaged 1.95 Percent from 2000 until 2021, reaching an all time high of 3 Percent in September of 2021 and a record low of 1.20 Percent in August of 2009. Job quits are voluntary separations by employees (except for retirements, which are reported as other separations).
